Absolutely awesome!! I called with an emergency repair at 9:00 a.m. they had someone out here by lunch time and fix the issue no problem.Nick The technician was super friendly Super knowledgeable and completely walk me through his diagnostic, The last air conditioning company showed up an hour late outside the window and then spent the whole time trying to sell me stuff,Nick did talk to me about pricing a new unit but wasn't pushy about it, absolutely best experience I've had with an AC company.
Called early morning on Saturday they arrived by 11 am same day. Very pleased with prompt service and job performed. Only concern received invoice on line there was a service
Fee. In past service fee waived if worked performed. Bill
They responded quickly and were able to fix the a/c in a timely manner. I will definitely use them in the future and also recommend them.
We were very relieved that Bruce's could send a repair person out the same day we called. This gentleman, Connor, was prompt and efficient. He identified the issue, replaced the capacitor and made sure everything was working correctly again. Lastly he cleaned up after the repair was made and was so nice and polite! A+ service!
Came home from vacation and the AC downstairs was not working. It was June and getting warm, they had a technician there within a few hours.
My compressor of 25 yrs had finally given out. They gave me the option of replacing just the compressor but I knew it was time.
I was presented with 5 options of units ranging from top of the line to mid grade. I asked for that range. They spent almost an entire day installing the unit. Why so long? Because the do it the right way. They adjusted duct work and return and made sure everything was running correctly. They also followed up a week later to come by and check everything again. This is my go to AC company because they are honest and treat me like family.
When one of our older units started acting up we called Bruce's. Tyler came over at 6AM and went to work. He was knowledgeable, Professional, and efficient. The silver lining to having my AC break was finding a company I am happy to do business with in the future.
Taylor was very nice! Came out at 6am and had cold air blowing by 7:30 with a couple of repairs.
Wow! Great expertise & knowledge. Joseph & Joel diagnosed and remedied the situation with a friendly and pleasant disposition. Will definitely keep Bruce's Air Conditioning number at the ready and use them again. Grateful for their swift response time as well! Thank you Bruce's Air Conditioning!!
