I have two small kids 5 and 2 1/2 that had just gone to bed the other night. AC suddenly died just as they had gone to bed. In a panick, I called our regular guy plus all the places that brag about 24 hour service and no one could make it out until 1 pm the next day. On a prayer, I contacted Bruce's and was told someone might call me back tonight. Lo and behold, this guy Mike calls me and says he can be by around 10 pm to fix the issue. He showed up on time and replaced the capacitor and saved the day!!!! Use these guys!
Bruce A/C provided me with very good service during the weekend. After a few attempts to repair my AC, I had to replace the system. The replacement was not managed by Bruce AC, however I have to recognize Bruce AC management for their fairness. After discussing my case with them, they gave me a significant rebate on spare parts and service fees since the unit could not be repaired. Kudos to Bruce for treating me fairly despite the fact I bought the replacement unit from another provider
Love Bruce's! Sent an HVAC technician out within about 20 minutes of request for service. Technician was professional and quickly diagnosed issue and had it fixed within the hour. Essential for AZ summers ????
We had our spring system checkup from Bruce's Air today. The technician Connor was very courteous, professional and thorough. We are very satisfied with the service we get from this company!
Today the technician arrived on time, however did not have the thermostat with him. He left for about a hour and then went on the roof to check the AC unit.
Then began installing the new thermostat. Bottom line he was onsite about 5 hours and the AC works but this time of year I use the swamp cooler and it doesn't work.
