Today the technician arrived on time, however did not have the thermostat with him. He left for about a hour and then went on the roof to check the AC unit.
Then began installing the new thermostat. Bottom line he was onsite about 5 hours and the AC works but this time of year I use the swamp cooler and it doesn't work.

Came out and fixed my unit same day I called. Didn't charge me a thing since they installed it originally. Great service
