I have been working with Bruce's AC since last fall and every time the experience has been excellent. They are responsive and thourough and take the time to explain what theu are doing.
Brittany was great! She diagnosed the problem quickly and after quoting me a very fair price she had the unit up and running in about 45 minutes. The scheduling staff was also friendly and attentive. Serviced same day I called them! I would absolutely recommend this company and I will call them first if I need service again. I'm a very happy (and now cooled) customer.

Over all the company is top tier. Any issues after the installation of the unit & air handler there was no hesitation to come out to the house in a timely manner to address my concern. Highly recommended if you need any type of HVAC service.

Bruce's Air was very responsive. We received three quotes for swamp cooler pad replacement and chose Bruce's Air. They were on time and great with communication. We received images of the work completed as well. Would highly recommend.
