I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have been so nice, so professional, and reasonable in their prices. I started using them for my AC because one of their workers saw me struggling to move things into my building and helped out just to be helpful. Everyone I've interacted with since have been just as kind and just as helpful.
Bruce's air conditioning is the best, Caesar was out here today to give me a maintenance check and he was so professional and got everything done in a timely manner. I am so glad that we went with Bruce's air conditioning when we bought NEW. Need a new air conditioner call Bruce for all your needs!

I had a membership at a big AC chain that guaranteed me fast service. When my unit went down, I was put on the back burner. I called Bruce's and Brandon got me scheduled same day. A tech was at my door 2 hours later, and got my unit cooling in under 10 minutes by fixing the other companies mistake made during their annual tune up. I will not use anyone else, Bruce's is the way to go.
Matthew came out and fixed my ac , made recommendations and worked on my system to get it cooling again.
Have used Bruce's for over 15 years. Never an issue with them. Honest, prompt, fair, a bargain compared to others. Highly recommended and several of my friends have used them. This recent service call was for a repair on a 100 degree day with A/C not working. Eli responded on time and was wonderful to work with. He diagnosed the problem which was a relay and clogged drain hose. Excellent service and response and a pleasure to deal with Eli and Bruce's customer service. Thanks and will continue to use Bruce's and recommend them to others.
Tyler James was the technician, very polite, professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be completed. never tried to upsell me or bad mouth my current system. cant say enough positives about this company and there employees. and yes he showed up on time ready to work.
