I called Bruce's Air for maintenance on one of my two air conditioning units as it was short cycling. The repair technician that showed up was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue as one of the lines attached to the coil was leaking and the refrigerant had been completely emptied. The unit was out of warranty and the replacement unit was around $4000 dollars to replace. They offered to repair the line and refill the unit for $2,550 which I thought was very costly. I didn't have time to search and wait for another company to come out to diagnose/fix the issue while my house heated up. I ended up paying for the repair. The next day I did have a follow up with their service manager who I expressed my displeasure with the cost and explained that I specifically went to them and not one of the big companies beause I have been gouged on pricing in the past. They were more than happy to listen to my concerns and refunded me a large portion of the costs to appease the issue. They also threw in a 1-year maintenance visit. I have never had this kind of customer service experience with a business. They went above and beyond to take care me and retain me as a customer. I would definitely recommend them over any A/C companies in the area.
Our A/C system went out early in the evening. We called Bruce's and they responded within 2 hours. Our tech Connor was courteous and thorough. Within an hour and a half he had checked out the entire system and repaired it. And we felt the cost was very reasonable given the work completed.
I would highly recommend Bruce's air company. They responded to our AC issues immediately and handled things professionally. We are grateful that they helped us on such short notice with replacing our entire AC unit and additional services. Job well done!
Called multiple companies after our AC and thermostat stopped working on a hot summer afternoon. They got back to us fast and immediately set someone up to come out to us within the hour when no one else would. Fixed it super fast and the techs were very friendly. Great price for an emergency service. Will definitely be coming back to this business for future maintenance and repairs.
Joseph came out to check why the HVAC system was not working and while it turned out to be a quick fix, he informed me as to why and how the a/c was not working. I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what happened and his professional demeanor.
