Brandon Hooked me up with A/C when I needed it and it was actually affordable. Excellent experience all the way around.
I just want to say thank-you to the entire team here at Bruces Air, especially Brandon, for taking care of my family. Two weeks ago, my AC quit working so our Home Warranty sent someone out and suggested a new AC. The unit was 21 years old so we agreed but the company could not find a unit until the following week so we started to look around and found Bruces' Air.They were polite and professional from the very beginning and were able to have a new unit installed the next day!
I highly recommend Bruce's Air Conditioning! The tech that came out was professional and very informative. Not only did he have my unit fixed within the hour but he thoroughly explained everything he had to do and even showed me the part he had to rebuild. I will absolutely use Bruce's AC again whenever I need my ac unit checked out.. Thanks for the great service!
We bought our house almost 2 years ago and the first night we moved in the AC goes out. It was miserable all night but I had called Bruce's and they would be out in the morning. They get there and find the issue pretty quickly. Said parts are going have to be ordered but they would be there next morning to install. Sure thing they were there bright and early to install the new parts. Tech showed me how bad the AC was since it had not been cleaned correctly. Board and blower motor were replaced and unit completely cleaned. Can't thank them enough for their great service.
Our AC went out about 5PM on a Friday in June. It's was 108 degrees outside and our home was heating up quickly. I called Bruce's and a tech was out at our home by 07:00 PM. He troubleshot and fixed the issue quickly! Awesome job and fast service even late on a Friday night!
I purchased 2 WIFI thermostats and tried to install them. I was so close to getting it done but was confused by the "C" wire installation process. So I called Bruce's AC and described my problem. They said they would send a tech out to help and would charge me $75 per hour. I thought great. It should not take more than an hour. Their tech came out and figured out my WIFI thermostat install. I appreciated that. He arrived at 5pm and left by 6pm. I was disappointed to get charged $150? I told him that I had been quoted $75. He said to bring it up with the owner. So I paid him the $150 and am curious if the owner will resolve the discrepancy? The owner called promptly and offered to refund the $75.00. That is good business in my opnion.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a new AC unit to call Bruce's AC. They give fair prices and won't try and talk you into units you don't need. Joe and Mark did my installation and I was impressed with their craftsmanship and the extra steps they took to make sure everything was perfect before they left.
