Having worked in the AC business, I am very particular about my service. Bruce's has always done a fantastic job for me and has always been fair with their pricing. Wesley, my usual technician, is always very professional and takes time to listen and provide feedback. I wouldn't trust my equipment to anyone else!
I have used many AC companies but hands down this is the best. I don't hand out 5 star reviews unless they are well deserved... so please trust that they deserve it. Brandon and Gavin took such great care of us. I had 3 units serviced and repaired at my house and sent them also to my rental house for maintenance and repair of two more units. They were easy to schedule... shows up on time.and worked very fast. They gave me a window of 10-2 and show d up at 9:59.... Fixed all the issues and I didn't have to drain my kids college fund to pay for it. This company is awesome
I use Bruce's AC to handle all my rental properties. Tyler is the AC tech who comes out and he's 1st rate. Just as important he takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing.
AC went out late Wednesday night, called Bruce's first thing Thursday morning and Kathy had a tech come out within the hour! This is the second time I have used Bruce's for my AC needs and I'm so grateful I found them. Everyone has been so friendly and professional. Wish I could give them 10 ?? s
On July 21st 2020, I called Bruce's A/C to come out and take a look at my System which was an American Standard) 11 years old, its 10-year warranty expired. They sent out a Tech that same morning. They suggested replacement and I agreed. Later that day, Jake came out to discuss the particulars and Jake told me they could begin work the next day at 8am. Fantastic! The two Techs that came out the next morning were quite knowledgeable and friendly. They worked hard from 8:30am to 3:30pm to make a sure a everything was perfect.
Any time I had a question or concern, Steve Novak at their offices was immediately available to assist. They easily have earned my trust. Steve's mom emailed me the Invoice and she couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend them.
I strongly recommend this company....its nice for us that we can make reviews to help each other know what business is good and what is bad...this business is very good..i base this on two ..my mother trusted Bruces Air Conditioning as a senior with disabilities..her home was always cool in the summer and warm in the winter..she always had a smile on her beautiful face when they left because they treated her so well..they were so caring and whether it was an installation.regular maintainance or repair..they were very reliable..they have continued to show the same to me..ive been able to trust this company to do it right for even a cooler installation with preexisting roof jack and vent issues...extra stars to Steve office.. management team .. Ken one of the best service technicians and Bob who retired but is still remembered a lot...i would say..based on experiences.. yes go with this company??
