This company was amazing. They came out immediately. My gilfriend is pregnant and couldnt be in the hot house and Tyler did everythinf he could to get my house back to being cool. He was extremely kind and professional and will only do business with them.
Great service. Conner (the young fellow that comes out) is very friendly. respectful and professional.
They gave us same day service which we were very grateful for since the AC was blowing hot air and it was pretty unbearable inside the house. He gave us a different and less expensive quote from the initial company we previously called ( that company told us our unit was 17 years old!!! It's only 8 and said we would need a new unit!!!) We were glad we got a second opinion!!!
Having worked in the AC business, I am very particular about my service. Bruce's has always done a fantastic job for me and has always been fair with their pricing. Wesley, my usual technician, is always very professional and takes time to listen and provide feedback. I wouldn't trust my equipment to anyone else!
