Amazing service. Was within a few hrs of my ac breaking. The guy had been working 16 hrs already and fixed my ac quick. Kudos to these hard working people
Wow what service and great work! Their A/C guy Easten was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They came within 30 minutes of our A/C emergency and he had a new part replaced and fixed within 30 minutes. The charge was very fair for the situation I was in.
Even their dispatch person was very nice and understanding. Come here first!
I have used Bruce's A/C for several different properties I have flipped. They are extremely timely and do great work at a fair price. What more can you ask for in a vendor!
The other day our air conditioner was not working and within two hour of our call someone was at our home. The problem turned out to be something simple and didn't take long to correct. We were not charged for his service or even a service call. Instead he spent quite a bit of time answering our other questions and offering expert advice and solutions. With such amazing customer service, and very knowledgeable people on staff we would highly recommend this company.
This is a top rate business, they were out to my place within an hour and a half to service my air conditioner, unfortunately I needed a new one. The new one was installed within 48 hours of my call.

I called this morning and within 40 minutes they were there. They assesed my AC quickly and made the repair. Polite and very reasonable price. I will make them my "go to" AC company now for sure!
My wife and I used Bruce's AC to replace our air conditioning unit. I am so happy that we decided to go with them. The technicians that did the install were incredibly polite and efficient. They were in and out and did an amazing job. My wife works from home and was worried that her phone conferences would be tough with people working on the AC unit. This was not the case at all. They came and completed the job quickly and easily. Any time I have called them, I have been treated with such respect and politeness. Bruce's AC has been so great to my wife and I that we feel as though we have a friend in the air conditioning and heating business now. I strongly recommend using their services.
