We have lived through 43 AZ summers and have had many different companies provide AC services - not something you want to experiment with in July! NONE has given us better customer service or better product than Bruce's. Finally - a company that cares about every single customer and doesn't give give average to poor service because we are all so desperate and there are a lot of us. Fast response, caring follow-up, no after sale hassles to buy more. Just there when we needed them three times. I heartily recommend them for any AC or heating needs!
Easton from Bruce's came to check out a leak from my ancient unit. He gave me an option to fix it with a quote but also recommended that I replace the unit because of it's age and the difference in cost from the fix. I decided to replace the unit and the Bruce's team did a great job scheduling and getting the unit replaced. They were on time and even early on the day to get it switched out. They made sure I knew how to use my thermostat before they left and my system has been working great!
It was 4:10 in the afternoon this past Tuesday. Hot & humid in Sun City!! My AC went out. It was quitting time...but not for Bruce's! I called in a panic. I was told they would try to get one of their Techs to help me. Thank you Kathy!!! She called Chris, he drove all the way from MESA to Sun City in all that westbound traffic to save me!!! Up on my roof in the dark, he found the problem. Got my AC going temporarily until he could pick up the new part and the very next day he was back to install it!!!! Chris is the BEST!! He is fast and knows what he is doing!!! And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! Thank you, Chris!! And thank you Bruce's for caring about customers...even after normal business hours!!! I highly recommend this company of hard working people!!

I have two AC units, both about 20 years old. Over the last three years one of the units has failed to keep up in hotter weather. I figured that the system has slowly decompressed.
Chris listened to me, told me he would check the pressure and said that if the pressure was fine, then the unit had had its day. The pressure was low, Christ was upfront about the costs to recharge at $200/lb for R22.
Chris also agreed that not checking the other unit was a wise decision - if it ain't broke, don't disturb it.
I would recommend the company, and when it comes time to replace my units I will be calling them for a quote. Thanks, guys.
Over the last couple of years i have had them come out a couple times for routine checkups and service calls. I found them by googling "a/c service near me". Different associates came each time. Both times they were very friendly, on time (or early), prompt, courteous, and helpful. Both associates seemed to know what they were doing. They topped off my refrigerant and added valve caps since they were missing. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely give them more business in the future if I have any issues.
