It was 103 degrees in Tempe recently and our A/C broke. The first contact was with Patty, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She called me back as promised. We were assigned to Wesley. He was on time, friendly, and professional. he said he could fix it, and the only thing was to wait for the owner of our rental to approve the repair. The owner replied late in the day, and Wesley came by a second time the same day to get our A/C fixed. It was such a hot day, he could easily have left us for the next day. It's great to see commitment like his. I recommend this company, and I thank Wesley and Patty for everything they did for us.
