Tech was on time, professional and and communicated very effectively as he worked.
We needed a quick replacement of our entire HVAC system. We had had Bruce's Air Conditioning maintenance our system in the past and we were happy with the outcome, so we gave them a call. The owner seems very honest and wants quality work for his clients. Wesley was the individual that came out to inspect our situation this particular time and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. A big thank you to you and your team!

This was by far the best experience I've had with an Air conditioning company. The customer service was phenomenal and our tech was very honest and open about the issues we were having. He was able to fix our issue on a unit that is 23 years old. We are hoping our unit will last through the summer and will be replacing it later this year. I will be calling Bruce's to get the job done when that time comes. I would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C needs.
From my phone call to when the technician left was all very professional and courteous. I learned a lot from the tech and I couldn't give them a rating higher than the highest! I definitely recommend them to everyone.
I was having issues with my condensor fan, called them at 8pm, and they were able to get here within an hour and had it fixed the same night. Wesley was great, honest, and personable. I highly recommend.
On time and quick to respond. Showed up DAYS earlier than any other company. Work was completed quickly and cost hundreds less than what other AC repair companies quoted me for same work. Very pleased and will only use Bruce's for work going forward!
