They always treat me great.
I called Bruce's Air Conditioning on Sunday night at 4:45 PM because my air conditioner wasn't working. They had somebody out by 6:30 PM and it only cost me $300 which included a brand new thermostat installation. I am extremely loyal to this company as they always take GREAT care of me!
Gavin was great! He showed up on time for the first appointment, and then when it seemed like he wasn't going to be able to assist with the actual part, he told me it would be before 8pm, instead he took the time to do it himself and it was fixed by 3pm! WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!

Called early morning, arrived a few hours later, fixed in under an hour on a Sunday. Couldn't ask for better service or price .

My A/C stopped working, I looked on Google, called 2 others before calling Bruce's. I was told it would be several days by 2 others, Bruce's was at my house in less than 3 hours and it was 110 outside.
