I had Bruce's AC and the got there within an hour and got my AC working in short order. I recommend them highly
Bruce's AC installed my new roof-top unit two years ago in Chandler. From our first email contact to today (Aug 2023) they were extremely professional and quick to respond to my questions. They came out and gave me an estimate and spent time explaining how the new unit and new air exchange I wanted would be installed. I found it confusing so the fella drew a diagram explaining it to me and was super patient helping me understand it. My old AC unit has stopped working (July in Arizona) and they had a new one installed within two days! They included photos of the before and after of the unit and photos of the new duct work from inside the attic. Their installation included a couple free annual tuneups and in the last two years, the times I've contacted them to check on issues (condensation drain pipe torn off by storm, recheck of vents, help understanding thermostat functions) they had someone out the next day (same day once). Bruce's AC is the best! Special thanks to Brian for fixing the drip pipe and getting here so quickly!

Brian from Bruce Ac was amazing! Got to our house in a timely fashion and ac was fixed within 30 minutes! My kids didn't have to experience any type of distress. Thank you again Brian for being a nice and friendly help!
Discovered after returning from a trip that my upstairs AC wasn't working. Thankfully, my wife and I don't sleep upstairs; no one else does either. I've been using Bruce's for more than 15 years for replacement units (the current and prior house had very old ones) and yearly check ups. Wouldn't you know I forgot to do it this year.
Called them late Monday afternoon and Brian was here by 10am the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me a very reasonable repair price which I accepted, then he completed the repair. It's now blowing cold air upstairs. There's a reason why I keep using them year after you; I trust and highly recommend them.
Brian was awesome and cleared my air handler lines after a clog! I will be recommending them to the rest of the complex!
They took extra time to contact the manufacturer to confirm warranty details for our 9 year old, inherited AC unit. Even though the parts that needed replacement weren't under warranty any longer, they were able to get us a deal on the parts and didn't charge for labor. The service tech finished the job in one day even though it was his last of the day and he ran into a snag that took an extra several hours to solve. Happy with the level of professionalism and care that we got from the Bruce's team.
Our old unit died in July and we were desperate. Bruce's was the first to respond to our calls. Elias worked with us to get a great unit and fair price. The next day Joe was here to install the new A/C unit. He was so respectful and knowledgeable. Joe answered all our questions and was super nice to my husband when he wanted to be in the middle of everything. We love our new unit and will definitely be using Bruce's in the future for checkups.

The air conditioning went out at our dance studio, and Bruce's came over the same day to get it repaired. We're so grateful for their quick response, and now it's working great!
