We are long time customers of Bruce's, since 2005. We recently experienced leaking in our handler unit inside our condo. This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Brandon came out today with Brian, an experienced tech to solve the problem. We are very pleased with Brandon's concern to get to the bottom of the issue. Problem solved today and Brandon was able to structure a very agreeable price for us. We appreciate Bruce's, who want to be certain to keep their customers happy, that's 1 reason we have been long time customers. But not only that, they are 24/7 which is unbelievably great service in the heat of AZ.
Give Bruce's A/C a try, we highly recommend them.

My AC unit had stopped working last night and the team was fast and responsive. Brian came to my apartment and was quick and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure he was leaving with my AC in a condition that will last. He had been able to eliminate all possibilities of what the situation could be and I am satisfied with the results. He was kind and patient and served excellent communication with me on the process. Definitely would use their services in the future and recommend others to them as well.

My air stopped working the night before I left for a trip out of the country and I had family in town to look after my home in the middle of an Arizona summer.
I reach out to several companies who promised 24/7 service, but Bruce's Air Conditioning in Gilbert is the only company to call back and deliver on everything they said they would after 9pm at night on a Saturday! Amazing customer service too! They have a customer for life!
I had Bruce's AC and the got there within an hour and got my AC working in short order. I recommend them highly
Bruce's AC installed my new roof-top unit two years ago in Chandler. From our first email contact to today (Aug 2023) they were extremely professional and quick to respond to my questions. They came out and gave me an estimate and spent time explaining how the new unit and new air exchange I wanted would be installed. I found it confusing so the fella drew a diagram explaining it to me and was super patient helping me understand it. My old AC unit has stopped working (July in Arizona) and they had a new one installed within two days! They included photos of the before and after of the unit and photos of the new duct work from inside the attic. Their installation included a couple free annual tuneups and in the last two years, the times I've contacted them to check on issues (condensation drain pipe torn off by storm, recheck of vents, help understanding thermostat functions) they had someone out the next day (same day once). Bruce's AC is the best! Special thanks to Brian for fixing the drip pipe and getting here so quickly!
