We called Bruce's Air conditioning to replace our old thermostat. Our technician was Brian and he did an excellent job installing the two thermostats. He noticed one was flawed and said he would come back the next day with a new one and he did. He was friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I were both confident in his work and would highly recommend him and Bruce's AirConditioning to anyone. We very much liked that this is a local family business. From top down they were responsive & respectful. The work & service ethic is so good! I didn't think businesses worked like that anymore. So THANK YOU to everyone who helped get our new AC unit working.

My AC stopped working on a Monday night, so I called Bruce's AC for a warranty repair, all of their technicians were still out on jobs at 8:45PM, so they scheduled for the first thing in the morning. Mathew came out by 8:40 AM to service the unit. He worked on it for about 2 hours and found a faulty/loose connection for one of the fuses located by the outside unit. He corrected the loose connection and replaced the fuse. Mathew was timely, courteous, and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. There was no charge for the service call or the replacement parts since it was under warranty.
