Was able to answer questions in a clear understandable manner . I also appreciated the shoes he wore because they're soft sole and it leaves less impact on a hot asphalt roof creating less wear and tear on the shingles !! I have high demands of myself and equal expectations of my employees
And I would not hesitate to hire him. He has a good mind and the ability to grasp things.

We called Bruce's Air conditioning to replace our old thermostat. Our technician was Brian and he did an excellent job installing the two thermostats. He noticed one was flawed and said he would come back the next day with a new one and he did. He was friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I were both confident in his work and would highly recommend him and Bruce's AirConditioning to anyone. I haven't used any other AC service but Bruce's! They're serviced my homes for 25 years!
Matthew at Bruce's Air was professional and friendly! They got out the very next day to fix my AC in this 115 degree heat. I highly recommend them!

My AC stopped working on a Monday night, so I called Bruce's AC for a warranty repair, all of their technicians were still out on jobs at 8:45PM, so they scheduled for the first thing in the morning. Mathew came out by 8:40 AM to service the unit. He worked on it for about 2 hours and found a faulty/loose connection for one of the fuses located by the outside unit. He corrected the loose connection and replaced the fuse. Mathew was timely, courteous, and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. There was no charge for the service call or the replacement parts since it was under warranty.
Thank you Brain! You provided professional service while repairing the AC. Bruce's call response time was awesome.
