The company was great about keeping me informed as to when they were coming and on their way. Sure makes the waiting much better. Matthew the technician was very good. Very personable communicated well, was friendly with my dog and entered all the questions I had. I have been with Bruce's AC for over 30 years and I will continue as long as they continue good service in the future. Keep it up it's refreshing to do business with a company like yours.
Service Technician Matthew arrived at my home at approximately 8:10am, immediately identified himself and was wearing proper uniform to back his identification. Matthew checked each of my two units and proceeded to identify that my lower floor unit was not working properly. He did several and extremely through inspection to make a proper diagnosis which after a few hours ended up in having to purchase a new unit. I wish to thank Matthew and Bruce's Air Condition .

It is easy to work with Bruce's AC on scheduling and rescheduling. They have some great deals for keeping your AC in good condition, they show up on time and let you know the service person is on their way, and they are friendly. I enjoy doing business with them. Someone recommended them to me and I'm glad they did. I recommend them to others as well.
