Awesome team
It was time for my check up on my 1 8month old system. I was notified by Bruce's A/C and we scheduled it within days. Brian and Brandon came out. They were both very thorough. Brian checked all of the thermostat's (I have 4) and a problem in the attic. After, he shared pictures of my attic repair. Brandon cleaned my unit outside. They were very respectful and careful workers. I am very pleased with my service today. I am also, very pleased with the unit I chose.
I was very pleased with my recent service call with Bruce's Air Containing to service our gas furnace. The tech arrived on time, took pictures of what needed to be repaired rather than just telling me. He completed the work well, also showing me pictures of the repairs after he was done. Pictures were needed because the furnace was in the space above the garage.
This was my first contact with this company and I will continue with them.
The technicians Brandon and Brian did a great job fixing a problem with my thermostat and went the extra mile to clean up some bad cabling from a previous install (from a different company). Would highly recommend!
Bruce's is my go to service company for my air conditioner and heating. Brian, my tech, was very courteous and professional. He updated the wiring to accomodate my new smart thermostat in less than an hour. Brian also pointed a minor fix to consider. I appreciate their promptness and timeliness every time they come service my home.
Mathew came out and serviced our AC on 1/24/24. He was polite, good Listener worked with me on plan for our budget. Thank you Mathew. We have worked with Bruce's Air Conditioning for many years and have found them to be honest, friendly and efficient. We recommend them. Thank you The Andersons

Brian serviced our ac that was struggling to keep up and found a leak. He was extremely professional and informative on the repair and had us taken care in a very timely manner. Highly recommend his services
Appreciate the info the technician gave me and waiting now for photos and email explaining what he recommended … possibly future additions to my system. Very polite and knowledgeable.
