I purchased my unit about 7 years ago. The unit stopped working and Jamie came on the service call. Jamie quickly diagnosed the problem and it was up and running in no time. Jamie was respectful and explained what needed to be done. He came a second time did some routine maintenance. Jamie is patient and respectful when explaining what he needs to do. He seems very vested on the company.

Daniel worked all afternoon on a Friday a came back after hours with Jamie to complete the job. What a great team. On a day it was 110 degrees outside. Always professional and polite. They will be our air condition company for life.

I have had the opportunity over the last several years to work with Bruces air conditioning company several times. We were trying to keep my old AC unit going ..ultimately had to get a new one. Throughout these various interactions. I've always been impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism. I call and they come usually that same day. These folks are just great. Kind helpful and just overall awesome. Highly recommend, Brian has been wonderful as are all the techs I have worked with at this organization.
