Bruce's came out and did a plumbing repair in our bathroom. They did an excellent job.

Long time customer. I want to recognize the service I received during my latest encounter. First with Eli who took my call and helped me work through an initial billing problem. He was professional and understanding. Top notch for sure. Next there was Brian, the tech who came out to exam the unit in a older house we are rehabbing. He zeroed in on what needed to be done and explained it in easy to understand terms. He quickly followed up with an estimate and we look forward to his returning to do the repairs. Thank you Eli and Brian and the rest of you who make Bruce's an excellent company!
Another positive experience with Bruce's Air. Bruce's employee arrived on time, was polite, identified himself as Bruce's employee and went right to work and did not waste any time. I have used this company many times and have always received top notch service from everyone involved. This is a very reliable & professional company. The employee explained the work he had done as well as advising me of some future maintenance that would be needed. I will continue to use this company for all my future HVAC needs.
