The team was knowledgeable and courteous. We started with a regular maintenance appointment and found some inefficient/improper duct routing causing imbalance in temperatures in rooms. We were able to quickly schedule the modifications at a price that was reasonable. I highly recommend.
Brian came on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very quick and showed me everything I need to know. He cleaned the coils and checked all of the electrical fitting to make sure nothing else got interrupted Turing the electrical burst.

Dillan was absolutely fantastic! I was in a dire situation and he was able to get our house cooled down in no time at an unbelievably low price! I will definitely be using Bruce's moving forward for many years to come!
Our a/c wasn't cooling sufficiently so Brian came out and diagnosed the issue. We had a hole in a line that needed repairing and freon needed to be added. That being fixed, he left. A few hours later it became warm un the house again. After a call, he returned that night and determined our thermostat had gone out. He also replaced that. Brian was knowledgeable, responsive, polite and professional. I am not sure they were priced competitivly as I have no knowledge of what pricing should be but we were very happy with Brian as a technician. Thanks Brian!
Been using Bruce AC since I moved to Arizona and will continue to do so. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Also very fair prices
1. The unit, while it worked, was an excellent one.
2. We're disappointed that with only a year in service it developed freon leaks.
3. Bryan, the service tech, was excellent. He quickly found the problem (a freon leak) and did the best he could on a hot Sunday afternoon.
4. This is the second unit you've had to give us of this brand and frankly we're getting just a little nervous.

The technician arrived quickly, and answered all of my questions. He provided different options for how to maintain the system and ideas to extend its useful life. I would highly recommend Bruce's AC.

I can't express how amazing it was to have as our service technician Brian work on our airflow issue! He was so knowledgable, kind, and professional! His work was thorough and we would give him 6 stars if we could. We will be using Bruce's AC for any and all of our AC needs and specifically Brian!
