I got a hold of Eli because our ac unit was making a funny noise. He was able to set me up immediately. They were able to send a tech over within a few hours. Chris got here right on time as they said they'd be here. Very professional, he inspected the issue and did a good job explaining the issue and ran a bunch of tests after. Chris was very good tech and knows how to communicate. A really good polite group of guys with top notch professionalism. They are now my go to guys in the future. We had a hell of a day today with the AC system at the house. Went up calling Bruce's AC in heat, which is very prompt to the point about helping and making sure we were comfortable and safe. Once we checked everything out and made sure we knew what the problem was they gave us a couple of directions in some information to help us get this situation fixed. We love the guys at Bruce's AC and heat and if you guys need anybody, we definitely recommend them to be prompt on time and help you get your ac fixed.
