Long time customer. I want to recognize the service I received during my latest encounter. First with Eli who took my call and helped me work through an initial billing problem. He was professional and understanding. Top notch for sure. Next there was Brian, the tech who came out to exam the unit in a older house we are rehabbing. He zeroed in on what needed to be done and explained it in easy to understand terms. He quickly followed up with an estimate and we look forward to his returning to do the repairs. Thank you Eli and Brian and the rest of you who make Bruce’s an excellent company!
We had a hell of a day today with the AC system at the house. Went up calling Bruce’s AC in heat, which is very prompt to the point about helping and making sure we were comfortable and safe. Once we checked everything out and made sure we knew what the problem was they gave us a couple of directions in some information to help us get this situation fixed. We love the guys at Bruce’s AC and heat and if you guys need anybody, we definitely recommend them to be prompt on time and help you get your ac fixed.
My air conditioning failed in the evening of a holiday weekend. I tried calling many places hoping for someone to be able to get it running. All the big name places just went to a calling service. Bruce’s was the only one that answered and was able to get someone out to look at it that night. Needless to say, but they got the contract to replace then entire unit. Their techs were very knowledgeable and got the new unit running, and even improved the duct work. Their price was very fair compared to other companies that I talked to. Everything was just easy and very transparent on what they were doing. I highly recommend Bruce’s AC!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They were honest, fair, and their service was impeccable! They bend over backwards to work around my schedule, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!!!
