My air conditioning failed in the evening of a holiday weekend. I tried calling many places hoping for someone to be able to get it running. All the big name places just went to a calling service. Bruce's was the only one that answered and was able to get someone out to look at it that night. Needless to say, but they got the contract to replace then entire unit. Their techs were very knowledgable and got the new unit running, and even improved the duct work. Their price was very fair compared to other companies that I talked to. Everything was just easy and very transparent on what they were doing. I highly recommend Bruce's AC!

Dylan provided exceptional service! He cleaned the unit, checked the load, inspected the filter and ducting. He pointed out some deficiencies in the ductwork and said it would be okay to wait until the unit needed replaced (unit is 12 years old). He told me the filter I had was too heavy and was causing the unit to work harder than normal. He said a much cheaper filter was better (I read a bunch of filter reviews and he's right).

Bruce's AC did a fantastic job installing a new air conditioning system in our garage! From start to finish, their team was timely, professional, and thorough—taking care of insulation and every detail to make the space comfortable year-round. We found their work to be high quality and a great value. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend them! Bruce's is our "go to" AC outfit!

Brian from Bruces AC SHOULD BE GIVEN A "GOLD" medal! For service above and beyond anything I could expect!!! It was perfect, of course but Brian had to install a part in the complete darkness as the sun had already set and we needed a working AC FOR THE NEXT HOT day! Thank goodness & BRIAN!!

Received a call when technician was detained at previous appt from Bruce's main office letting me know of the delay and then also received one from the technician himself which was above and beyond in today's business world.
The technician was great, informative and very respectful (as I had a card group going on). The heat was intense outside that day and didn't deter his efforts or time spent doing his job. Tyler certainly earned his money that day and was cheerful to boot.
