Excellent response time and service! Technician Brian took the time to explain the issues with my AC unit and the repairs needed. He was friendly, professional, and worked through the Arizona heat to get my system back online as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Bruces AC!

We had a great experience. We had so.e issues with our a/c not getting g cold. We called at 5pm and got a call back with minutes. The tech (Brian) was there in the time frame promised (between 7 and 9 pm). Fortunately the unit just needed cleaning from the dust storms of the past week. Brian did a great job explaining what he was doing and why.
My air conditioner went out and I had a rough night of sleep with my four dogs, panting their heads off.
I called Bruce's air-conditioning this morning and a very sweet young lady named Denali took my call. She was very patient with me in my distress and she had such a pleasant voice and so willing to help. It was just such a pleasure speaking with her. She deserves a big kudos and so does Bruce's air-conditioning they've serviced my air conditioner several times and they've always been on time and very polite and do a great job!
During the hottest week of the year our AC went out. I called a few places on a Sunday morning around 8 AM and Bruce's was the only place who had someone to answer immediately. By 10 AM they arrived and I was up and running within about 2 hours. The technician was fantastic, made no effort to pressure me into buying anything that wasn't immediately necessary. I have several family members who work in HVAC out of town and Bruce's will be my go-to when they aren't available or I have an emergency, no question.
My property management company had Jamie from Bruce's air-conditioning come over and do an estimate/troubleshooting. My system was not cooling adequately on very warm days in Arizona. Jamie listened to my description and experiences with the issue, and took into account the steps I had already taken with another AC technician. He spent over an hour thoroughly diagnosing the situation, spending a lot of time in the attic, on the roof, and on a ladder inside checking vents and skylights. He did not ask any redundant questions and was incredibly courteous at all times. He completed his work and sent the report forward to my property manager. Jamie was a consummate professional, and a business is only as good as its people. I am impressed and very happy with my entire experience with Bruce's thus far! He was not able to go into specifics as I am not the one making the decision on how to resolve this, but I am confident that his report is thorough and accurate. He spent 10 minutes at a time in my attic and it was quite warm up there. Thank you for brightening my day and setting the bar for what good service should be. Wonderful!
