Brian was a amazing today helping us with are ac from Bruce air conditioning he did everything needed to be done today for us and he was very friendly and seem to love his job thank u very much for going above and beyond today it was greatly appreciated

Very prompt service. Brian was very understanding and went to attic that was at 150 F . Very brave and thorough . Only thing is issue is not fixed. It has to be handled only during winter. It would be cruel and inhumane if I ask them to fix now
I've used Bruce's AC for years in my personal and rental properties. They always show up on yime and do a great job, would recommend them!
Steve was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and fix my AC unit. Would recommend using him and Bruce's Air Conditioning.
My husband and I have been customers for a long time now. Clark has since passed away. Today our ac stopped working early in the morning. Our air conditioner apparently needed a new motor for the condenser. We are under warranty and it would have cost approximately $400.00.The new part was $800.00. I didn't want to wait three days for the warranty part as the guy suggested we go to home depot to get temporary ac units or pay full price and it would be fixed today. I believe the last time we needed the air conditioner fixed was in 2022. Only real issue with the service was that we made the initial call requesting help with our ac at around 2:30 in the morning but it eventually took until 5 in the afternoon for someone to come by and work on it, but since it's the summer I understand that it can be busy.
Otherwise good service and the ac seems to be working again, we have used Bruce's AC whenever we need our ac fixed and we are generally satisfied each time.
My A/C was leaking, so I called. Brian came out, unclogged everything and got it working again, thanks Brian! It's working perfectly now, I really appreciate the help. Bruce's has always pulled through for me.
I have used Bruce's Air Conditioning for 50 years. I trust what they say. They are very professional. Do a good job.
Bruce's Air conditioning is a great company! I called in the morning and Jamie was able to go to my property that same afternoon. He saved the day. Jamie was helpful, knowledgeable and very communicative about what the problem was. He was respectful of our property and the staff while working on our unit. I would 100% recommend Jamie and Bruce's Air Conditioning.
UPDATE: Brandon @ Bruce's called me directly after my review. He listened to my experience, provided really good feedback on the situation, & even refunded the $75 without me asking. With customer service like that, they still have my loyalty. Thank you, Bruce's!
I originally gave this company five stars when they replaced my unit, but my most recent experience with them was horrible. I was one of the customers whose AC started blowing warm after a brief power outage. I called Bruce's and they came out within a few hours, and of course the AC was working fine when he got here. Come to find out on numerous Ring app and NextDoor posts that the warm air is a common occurrence & doesn't warrant a service call. I explained everything on the phone before they came out so they either aren't knowledgeable enough to know that, or they saw another sucker in me to get $75 from. And then he gets here and tries to sell me an AC surge protector for $380! Told him it wasn't in my budget right now and pretty much got a 5 minute guilt trip from him before he gave up. I'm glad I didn't let him pressure me into that. REALLY disappointed in Bruce's & quite frankly, pretty p.o.'d about it too
