He is the nicest guy and sooo knowledgeable he fixed the problem and I am now cool again
My AC went out first thing on a Sunday morning and after a single night in a hotel, Bruce's was able to be there first thing Monday morning to investigate. Brian showed up, worked quickly and tirelessly in 112 degrees to quickly figure the unit needs to be replaced. Since it was going to take an additional 24 hours to replace the unit fully, Brian went out of his way and drove from my place in north Phoenix to his home in Mesa and a stop by the Chandler offices for Bruce's he came back with his own personal portable AC unit, off the clock, to make sure I could stay at home and not sweat to death.
Brian and Bruce's went far out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. There are not enough stars to give this absolutely badass crew, especially Brian. Just huge for him to do for someone he doesn't know and will never see again. If that and Brian is humanity's future, we will be great and well off.

I've used Bruce's AC for 20+ years. They're reliable, affordable and most of all honest.
Had Brian come in for a quick servicing for our home's AC system as we haven't had it looked at for quite some time and it wasn't blowing as cold as it could have been. Turns out there were several things wrong up there, including a small coolant leak and some rusting! Brian was awesome about cleaning and getting our system back up to speed, and he worked quickly and effectively the whole time he was here. Communication was great with what was wrong, as well as what he was doing to fix it, and when he was finished we could literally FEEL the difference in how the AC was blowing much colder. Brian was also extremely patient and understanding with a payment issue on our end, which was above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Great experience all around with Brian and Bruce's, couldn't say more good things!

Our technician, Brain came and tried to diagnose the problem. He was here for over 2 1/2 hours because our air conditioner was so old and had so many things wrong. He went above and beyond to find the problems without giving up. We are so grateful for this company and so glad we found them. I feel like it's so hard to know what companies to trust! Thank you so much, Bruce's and thank you Brian!!
Very professional and timely service and expertise from Bruce's AC and Brian the expert technician gave great advice and also did the work very well.
Our AC broke on July 12th, and we called Bruce's and they were able to get it fixed by July 17th. The guy they sent out, Brian, was someone who had worked on our AC a few weeks before when it had a different unrelated problem, so we were already familiar with him. He was very helpful with providing advice on getting some portable AC units for our house while our AC was broken that they said we could return when it got fixed, which we did so we didn't have to pay for the portables. He also provided one portable AC unit for us to use for a few days free of charge. He even came out several times off the clock to help with various things like when we had an appointment and couldn't finish payment, so he came back later in the day and even helped put the portable AC units back in their boxes and load them into our car for when we would take them back to Home Depot. He explained their service and costs very well too, all in all very satisfied with his and his co-workers work.
