Change Your Air Filter<\/h2>\n

One important task to check off on your home preparation list for the holidays is to change your air filter. By doing this you\u2019ll be helping to enhance your home\u2019s indoor air quality while enjoying additional savings on your utility bill. Air filtration helps reduce airborne particles containing viruses and reduces the chances of HVAC system failures related to a clogged filter. In other words, it\u2019s an easy way to keep your household safe, healthy, and happy.<\/p>\n

Keep Vents and Unit Clear<\/h2>\n

Make sure your Christmas tree and decorations are not blocking any indoor vents. Decorations can impede airflow if they\u2019re in front of or near air vents. Position them at least three feet away from vents to keep warm air flowing all season long.<\/p>\n
