We will check operation, oil motors, and check controls, check refrigerant, Check coils, check drain lines and make sure the unit is sealed to the Duct. We will do a complete service on your unit. Remember that all Warranty companies and manufactures require you to maintain your equipment. The main warranty company that administered most brands warranty has filed bankruptcy and now another company is finalizing it's buy out.
